Stuffed Celery - Late Night Snacks

Cream cheese
sour cream
celery
shredded carrots
capers
crumbed bacon
Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, carrots, and capers. Spread into middle of celery slices. Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top and enjoy!
