Hot Cocoa - Mix Now, Make Later

Dry Ingredients…
¼ cup cocoa powder 
¼ cup sugar
⅛ cup chocolate chips
Marshmallows
Ingredients to Add…
1 quart milk
Directions...

Combine milk with other ingredients,  except marshmallows and stir with a whisk frequently until heated. Garnish with marshmallows.
