3 chicken breasts, filleted and butterflied
2 Tablespoons steak seasoning of your choice
2 eggs
Dash of Tabasco
½ cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix eggs, seasoning, Tabasco, milk and pepper. Dredge chicken in mixture. Fry chicken until golden brown.
