JIFFY Corn Muffins - Southern Comfort Food

1 package JIFFY Corn muffin mix 
1 egg
⅓ cup milk 
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Blend all ingredients into slightly lumpy batter. Fill muffin cups ⅔ full. Bake 15-20 minutes in preheated oven or until golden brown.
